Overview
The laboratory high-shear Mulser ZN500-90 is a MUXUAN brand equipment specially designed for laboratory micro-experiments. Through mechanical external force, the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials is narrowed, and one phase is evenly distributed into another or more phases to achieve the effect of refinement and homogenization, dispersion and emulsification, forming a stable dispersion system. Principle
The laboratory homogeneous Mulser uses a strong motor to swirl/spin at high speed to form a vacuum between the rotor and the stator, and the material is sucked from the upper and bottom of the rotor and the stator. Powerful kinetic energy causes the rotor to generate a high linear velocity. The material is sent out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, and shearing between the rotation and stator gaps, generating strong turbulence under the action of various directional forces. The material is repeatedly depolymerized, dispersed, homogenized, refined, and shearing under an appropriate amount of emulsifying agent and mature technology, and finally produces a stable emulsion.

Steps
1. Connect the device power supply (Rated voltage AC 220V 50/60Hz)
2. Select the appropriate working head and install it
3. Immerse the working head into the material to ensure that the immersion height is above 50mm
4. Rotation speed required by TFT touch screen setting (range 1000~ 12000rpm)
5. Set the timing time (range 1~ 1000min)
6. Start the device and start working
7. Real-time Monitoring of Voltage, Current, Frequency, Power and Torque Linear dispersion
8. Turn off the equipment and clean the work head after the work is completed
