Overview
LS172B is an intelligent Handheld color difference meter designed with 45 °/0 ° Optical inspection geometry. It is equipped with a 3.5-inch color capacitive Touchscreen for easy operation. The instrument has multiple standard Color Charts, which can quickly match the approximate Color Chart number of the measurement Color. With color difference contrast and QC fast detection functions, it supports a variety of standard color addition methods, color difference threshold settings and Color difference formula selection. Color sharing, data management and report printing can be realized by connecting mobile end APP and computer software through Bluetooth or USB.

Principle
LS172B is designed with 45 °/0 ° Optical inspection geometry, and the illumination Illuminant is a full Light spectrum LED. Its core adopts AS7261 chip-scale color Sensor, which simulates the Standard Observer human eye Response Linear dispersion defined in CIE1931 and CIE1976 Color systems through precise XYZ tristimulus values sensing function to realize the measurement of object Color. The instrument has a built-in compensation light path to ensure stable measurement values.

Steps
1, point the measurement button or short press the power button for Color measurement.
2. Perform color difference comparison, QC detection and other function settings and operations through Touchscreen.
3. You can connect the mobile end APP through Bluetooth or connect the computer software through the USB cable for data transmission and management.
Notice
• When the battery of the instrument is empty, it should be charged in time.
• Due to the color difference displayed on the LCD screen, the Color displayed on the instrument screen is for reference only.
• When the instrument has not been used for a long time, it is recommended to calibrate it before use.
• Please ensure that the sample is uniform and the surface is flat and clean, otherwise it will affect the measurement accuracy.
• After the base is removed from the main unit, it should be stored in a clean place to avoid staining the standard board.
• Do not insert any object into the instrument to clean it, as this will damage the instrument and affect the Measurement accuracy and operation safety.
• If the instrument is not used for more than half a year, it needs to be charged regularly to prevent the battery from being damaged by excessive discharge.
