Principle
The equipment is powered by a high-performance drive motor (variable frequency motor or three-phase asynchronous motor), which drives the replaceable Impeller (such as paddle type, toothed disc type, blade type) to swirl/spin at high speed in the material to realize the dispersion, mixing, dissolving and stirring of the material. Rotation speed can be precisely adjusted through the frequency conversion Control system to adapt to material handling with different viscosity and process requirements.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller form (paddle type, toothed disc type, blade type) according to the material viscosity and Processing capacity (0.5-30 L) and install it.
2. Place the material in a suitable container and adjust the Impeller height by manual or electric lifting as required.
3. Turn on the power supply (220/380V) and set the required Rotation speed (0-1500rpm) through the digital display frequency conversion controller.
4. Start the equipment to disperse, mix, dissolve or stir.
5. After the job is completed, turn off the power and clean the equipment.
