Overview
The MUXUAN MXF-3L three-axis dispersion stirring mixer is an efficient, multi-functional and mandatory mixing equipment suitable for high viscosity materials. The kettle is equipped with three different forms of Stirrer. Through the compound movement of low-speed revolution and high-speed rotation, combined with the "mountain" shaped wall scraper, the material can be strongly shearing, mixing and wall scraping cleaning. Features
1. Using unique sealing design, it can be mixed and stirred in a vacuum environment to completely eliminate bubbles.

Principle
There are three Stirrers in the equipment kettle. One low-speed Stirrer rotates around the axis of the kettle body, and the other two high-speed stirringdevices rotate around their own axis at high speed at different Rotation speeds, so that the material makes complex movements in the kettle and is subject to strong shearing and mixing. At the same time, the "mountain" shaped wall scraper rotates around the axis of the kettle body, scraping out the raw materials adhered to the wall and bottom and participating in mixing to ensure no dead ends. In a vacuum environment, it can further promote material exhaust and defoaming.

Steps
1. Raise the kettle cover through the hydraulic system.
2. Push the movable material cylinder to the working position or perform feeding.
3. Lower the lid and ensure sealing.
4. According to the process requirements, optional start heating/chilling down system and vacuum function.
5. Start the low-speed stirring and high-speed dispersing motor, and adjust the high-speed disperser to the required Rotation speed through the frequency converter to mix.
6. After mixing, stop stirring.
7. For high-viscosity materials, the cylinder can be moved to the matching hydraulic extruder position for extrusion and discharge.
