The MUXUAN MXF-5L three-axis dispersion stirring mixer is a device suitable for high viscosity material handling. The equipment is equipped with a mountain-shaped wall scraper, which can effectively scrape off the raw materials adhered to the wall and bottom of the kettle to ensure uniform mixing. The machine has good sealing performance, supports vacuuming operation to remove bubbles, and can realize electric heating or water chilling down. The cylinder head can be lifted and lowered hydraulically, and the cylinder body can be moved freely, which is easy to operate.
Features

Principle
The equipment is equipped with three Stirrers. One of the low-speed Stirrers rotates around the axis of the kettle body, and the other two high-speed stirringdevices rotate around their own axis at high speed at different Rotation speeds. This compound movement makes the material perform complex movements in the kettle, subject to strong shearing and mixing. At the same time, the mountain-shaped wall scraper rotates with the rotation shaft to continuously scrape off the raw materials adhered to the wall and bottom of the kettle, so that it can re-participate in the mixing process to ensure no dead ends. The equipment can work in a closed environment through the vacuum system, which has a good exhaust defoaming effect.

Steps
1. Raise the kettle cover through the hydraulic system.
2. Push the movable material cylinder to the working position.
3. Add the required materials.
4. Lower the lid and ensure sealing.
5. According to the process requirements, set the Rotation speed of low-speed stirring and high-speed dispersion (high-speed dispersion supports frequency conversion speed regulation).
6. If you need to heat, chill down or vacuum, start the corresponding function.
7. After mixing, raise the kettle lid.
8. Move the feed cylinder to the hydraulic extruder position (if configured) for extrusion and discharge.

The equipment is mainly used for mixing high-viscosity materials, and the laboratory model is only suitable for small batch experimental production.
• Before operation, check whether each sealing part is in good condition to ensure the sealing property during vacuum or pressure operation.
• Rotation speed of high-speed dispersion is selected reasonably according to material characteristics and process requirements.
When moving the material cylinder, pay attention to stability and avoid collision.
• When heating or chilling down, pay attention to temperature control to avoid overheating or overcooling affecting equipment and materials.
