Principle
The device is powered by a high-performance drive motor (variable frequency motor or three-phase asynchronous motor), which drives the optional Impeller (such as paddle type, toothed disc type, blade type) to swirl/spin at high speed in the container. The precise adjustment of the Rotation speed is realized through the frequency conversion control, so that the material can be efficiently dispersed, mixed, dissolved, stirred and other processing. The lifting mechanism (manual or electric) facilitates the positioning and operation of the Impeller.

Steps
1. Choose the appropriate Speed range and Impeller form according to the material viscosity and Processing capacity.
2. Place the device smoothly and connect it to a power supply (220V or 380V).
3. Use the lifting mechanism (manual or electric) to adjust the Impeller to the appropriate height and place it in the container containing the material.
4. Rotation speed is set by digital variable frequency controller.
5. Start the equipment to disperse, mix, dissolve or stir.
6. After the job is completed, turn off the power, raise the Impeller, and clean it.

• Material viscosity should be ≤ 25000 cps.
Processing capacity range is 0.5-30 L.

• Do not intervene other than the lifting operation while the equipment is running.
