Overview
MUXUAN MXF-CD055 Experimental Chinese Small Batch Dispersion Stirrer is a small batch dispersion and mixing equipment suitable for laboratories and production. It is driven by a high-performance variable frequency motor or a three-phase asynchronous motor. Speed range can be selected from 0-1500/3000/5000/8000 rpm. It has the advantages of small size, large Power, stable Rotation speed, low energy consumption, low noise and smooth operation. Principle
The equipment drives the stirring shaft and Impeller (such as paddle type, toothed disc type, blade type) high-speed swirl/spin through high-performance motors, which produces strong shearing, dispersing, mixing and stirring effects on the material. The user can precisely control the Rotation speed through the frequency converter to adapt to the material requirements of different viscosity and handling capacity, and achieve efficient and uniform dispersion mixing effect.
Applications
Biological, cosmetics, food, Coating paints, inks, Adhesive, dyestuff, pesticide and other industries of product materials dispersion, mixing, dissolving, stirring.
Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller form (paddle type, toothed disc type, blade type) according to the material characteristics (viscosity ≤ 25000 cps, Processing capacity 0.5-30 L) and install it.
2. Place the material in a suitable container and adjust the equipment lifting mechanism (manual or electric) to allow the Impeller to immerse the material to a suitable depth.
3. Turn on the power supply (220/380V), set the required Rotation speed (0-3000rpm adjustable) and optional timing function through the digital display frequency conversion controller.
4. Start the equipment and start the dispersion mixing operation.
5. After the job is completed, turn off the power, raise the Impeller, and perform cleaning and maintenance.

* Power supply voltage (220/380V) meets equipment requirements before use.
* Choose the appropriate Impeller and Rotation speed according to the material viscosity (≤ 25000 cps) and Processing capacity (0.5-30 L) to avoid overload operation.
When the equipment is running, do not put your hands or Miscellaneous foreign matter into the mixing area.
* When lifting Impeller, pay attention to operation safety and avoid collision.
Regularly clean and maintain the equipment to ensure its normal operation.
