Overview
MUXUAN MXF-CD055 Experimental Chinese Small Batch Dispersion Stirrer is a laboratory and pilot equipment driven by high-performance variable frequency or three-phase asynchronous motors. The equipment can choose different Rotation speeds (0-1500/3000/5000/8000 rpm) according to material viscosity and processing capacity. It has the advantages of small size, large Power, stable Rotation speed, low energy consumption and low noise. It improves the working environment and is an upgraded product for laboratory and small batch production.

Principle
The equipment drives the stirring shaft through a high-performance motor to drive different forms of Impeller (such as paddle type, toothed disc type, blade type) to swirl/spin at high speed in the material, and shears, disperses, mixes, dissolves and other functions on the material. Rotation speed is precisely adjusted and controlled by the frequency converter to adapt to the process requirements of different viscosity materials.

Steps
1. According to the material characteristics and Processing capacity (0.5-30 L), select the appropriate Impeller form (blade type, tooth plate type, blade type) and install it.
2. Place the material container under the Impeller and adjust the Impeller to the appropriate working depth by manual or electric lifting.
3. Turn on the power supply (220/380V) and set the required Rotation speed (adjustable from 0-5000rpm) through the digital display control panel.
4. Start the equipment and start dispersing and stirring the material.
5. After the operation is completed, turn off the power, raise the Impeller, and clean it.
Notice
This machine is suitable for materials with viscosity ≤ 25000 cps.
• Please select the appropriate material processing capacity according to capacity (0.5-30 L).
• Power supply voltage (220/380V) matches equipment requirements before operation.
• According to the needs of the process, functions such as timing, explosion-proof or sound and light alarm can be selected in advance.
• When replacing an Impeller, make sure the device is powered off.
• Please clean the equipment in time after use.
