Overview
The MUXUAN MXF-10L three-axis dispersion stirring mixer is a high-viscosity, high-low-speed vacuum mixing and mixing equipment. There are three different forms of Stirrer in the kettle, which strongly shears and mixes the material through complex movements. The equipment is equipped with a mountain-shaped wall scraper to ensure that the material fully participates in the mixing, and has good sealing properties. It supports vacuuming, electric heating and water chilling down, and the exhaust defoaming effect is remarkable. The cylinder head can be hydraulically lifted and lowered, and the cylinder block can be moved freely, which is convenient to operate.
Features
1. Using unique sealing design, it can be mixed and stirred in a vacuum environment to completely eliminate bubbles.
2. The kettle body supports electric heating, steam heating and oil-water circulation heating, and the inner coil of the jacket can be chilled down; the frame type stirring has the function of scraping the wall, and the mixing effect is better.
3. The inner wall of the kettle is finished by a large vertical lathe to ensure that the movable drawdown blade can completely scrape off the inner wall and the bottom material of the kettle.
4. Equipped with two sets of high-speed dispersion shafts, it produces strong shearing and dispersion effects on the material, and the mixing efficiency is several times that of ordinary mixers.
5. The high-speed disperser adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which can flexibly adjust the Rotation speed according to different processes and material viscosity.
6. The equipment has good sealing performance and can be equipped with a hydraulic extruder, which is convenient for extrusion and discharge of high-viscosity materials and has high operation efficiency.
Principle
There are three Stirrers in the equipment kettle. One low-speed Stirrer rotates around the axis of the kettle body, while the other two high-speed stirringdevices rotate around their own axis at high speed at different Rotation speeds to drive the material to perform complex movements in the kettle and undergo intense shearing and mixing. The mountain-shaped wall scraper rotates with the rotation axis to scrape off the raw materials adhered to the wall and bottom of the kettle and participate in mixing. Under vacuum or pressurized conditions, mechanical sealing and trapezoidal soft sealing ensure sealing, achieving efficient mixing and exhaust defoaming.
Applications
Adhesive, sealant, mold glue, silicone sealant, organic silica gel, polyurethane sealant, anaerobic glue, sealing glue, ointment, Electronic Stock, lithium ion battery slurry, gluing agent, pigment, inks, ointment paste material, grease, paints, paste cosmetics, additives and other high viscosity preparation; suitable for multi-component solid-solid-liquid, solid-liquid, liquid-liquid materials mixing, reaction, dispersion, dissolving, quenching and tempering processes.
Steps
1. Raise the kettle cover through the hydraulic system.
2. Position the movable material cylinder under the equipment.
3. Add the required materials.
4. Lower the lid and ensure sealing.
5. According to the process requirements, set the Rotation speed of low-speed stirring and high-speed dispersion (can be adjusted by the frequency converter).
6. Start the equipment to mix and disperse, and turn on the vacuum or heating/chilling down function if necessary.
7. After the mixing is completed, if the material needs to be discharged, the material cylinder can be moved to the matching hydraulic extruder for extrusion.
Notice
The equipment is mainly used for mixing high-viscosity materials, and the laboratory model is only suitable for small batch test production.
• Before operation, check whether the sealing parts are in good condition to ensure the safety of vacuum or pressure operation.
• According to the material characteristics and process requirements, choose the Stirrer form (such as multi-layer blade type, frame type, etc.) and Rotation speed reasonably.
• When moving the material cylinder, ensure smoothness and avoid collisions.
• When heating or chilling down, pay attention to the medium pressure and temperature of the jacket or coil to prevent overload.
• Regular maintenance and inspection of scraper, Stirrer and sealing components to ensure mixing effect and equipment life.
