The MUXUAN MXF-20L three-axis dispersion mixing mixer is a high-efficiency mixing equipment designed for high-viscosity materials. The machine has good sealing performance, supports vacuuming operation to remove bubbles, and can use electric heating or water Cooling mode to adjust the temperature. Features

Principle
There are three Stirrers in the equipment kettle. One of the low-speed Stirrers rotates around the axis of the kettle body, and the other two high-speed stirringdevices rotate around their own axis at high speed at different Rotation speeds. This compound movement allows the material to perform complex movements in the kettle, undergoing intense shearing and mixing. At the same time, the mountain-shaped wall scraper rotates with the shaft, constantly scraping off the raw materials adhered to the wall and bottom of the kettle and re-entering the mixing area to further improve the mixing effect. In a vacuum environment, the process can also effectively remove bubbles in the material.
Applications

Steps
1. Raise the cylinder head through the hydraulic system.
2. Push the movable material cylinder to the working position.
3. Add the required materials.
4. Lower cylinder head and ensure sealing.
5. Start vacuuming, heating or chilling down as needed.
6. Start the low-speed stirring and high-speed dispersion motor, and adjust the high-speed dispersion Rotation speed to the process requirements through the frequency converter.
7. After mixing, stop stirring.
8. Raise the cylinder head and move the cylinder to the hydraulic extruder position for discharge (if configured).
