Overview
The MUXUAN MXF-60L three-axis dispersion stirring mixer is an efficient and multi-functional equipment suitable for high viscosity materials. The kettle is equipped with three different forms of Stirrer, including a low-speed scraping Stirrer and two high-speed dispersion shafts, which carry out strong shearing and mixing of materials through complex compound motions. The equipment has good sealing performance, supports vacuum operation to remove bubbles from exhaust, and can realize electric heating or water chilling down. The cylinder head can be hydraulically lifted and lowered, and the cylinder block can be moved freely, which is easy to operate. It can be customized to match the hydraulic extruder to facilitate the discharge of high viscosity materials.
Features
1. Using unique sealing design, it can be mixed and stirred under vacuum to completely eliminate bubbles.
2. The kettle body supports electric heating, steam heating and oil-water circulation heating, the inner coil of the jacket can be chilled down, the frame type stirring has the function of scraping the wall, and the mixing effect is better.
3. The inner wall of the kettle is finished by a large vertical lathe to ensure that the movable drawdown blade can completely scrape off the inner wall and the bottom material of the kettle.
4. Equipped with two sets of high-speed dispersion shafts, it produces strong shearing and dispersion effects on the material, and the mixing efficiency is several times that of ordinary mixers.
5. The high-speed disperser adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which can flexibly adjust the Rotation speed according to different processes and material viscosity.
6. The equipment is sturdy in structure, with thickened steel plate and special sealing, suitable for vacuuming and pressurizing occasions.

Principle
Three Stirrers are installed in the equipment kettle. One low-speed Stirrer (usually a frame type with a scraped wall) rotates around the axis of the kettle body and is responsible for scraping the wall and bottom material. The other two high-speed dispersion shafts rotate around their own axis at high speeds at different Rotation speeds. The material is subjected to strong shearing, dispersion and mixing under the combined motion of revolution and rotation. At the same time, the sealing structure allows operation in a vacuum environment, which helps to eliminate bubbles. The heating or chilling down medium can be jacketed for domestic circulation to control the material temperature.

Steps
1. Raise the kettle cover through the hydraulic system.
2. Push the movable material cylinder to the working position or perform feeding.
3. Lower the lid and ensure sealing.
4. According to the process requirements, it may be necessary to start the vacuum system for evacuation operation.
5. Start low-speed wall scraping stirring and high-speed dispersion stirring, and adjust the high-speed dispersion Rotation speed through the frequency converter.
6. If you need to heat or chill down, turn on the corresponding temperature control system.
7. After mixing, stop stirring.
8. For high-viscosity materials, the cylinder can be moved to the matching hydraulic extruder position for extrusion and discharge.
