Overview
The MUXUAN MXF-100L three-axis dispersion stirring mixer is a high-efficiency, multi-functional, mandatory mixing equipment specially designed for high-viscosity materials. The kettle is equipped with three different forms of Stirrer, including a low-speed scraping Stirrer and two high-speed dispersion shafts, which carry out intense shearing and mixing of materials through complex compound movements. The equipment has good sealing performance, supports vacuum operation for exhaust defoaming, and can be configured with heating or chill down function. The cylinder head can be hydraulically lifted and lowered, and the cylinder block can be moved, which is easy to operate. It is suitable for the preparation of a variety of high-viscosity materials.
Features
1. Using a unique sealing structure, it supports mixing and stirring under vacuum, which can completely eliminate bubbles.
2. The kettle body can be electric heating, steam heating and oil-water circulation heating, and the inner coil of the jacket can be cooled down and the temperature control is flexible.
3. Equipped with a low-speed frame Stirrer with a scraping shaft, it can scrape the material on the inner wall and bottom of the kettle while stirring, and mix more thoroughly.
4. The two sets of high-speed dispersion shafts in the kettle use frequency conversion speed regulation, which can adjust the Rotation speed according to different processes and material viscosity, providing strong shearing and dispersion force, and the mixing effect is several times that of ordinary mixers.
5. The equipment is sturdy in structure and features thickened steel plates, which can be adapted to process requirements such as vacuuming and pressurization.
6. It can be equipped with multiple movable jacketed material cylinders to facilitate continuous production, and can be equipped with a hydraulic extruder to facilitate the extrusion and discharge of paste materials, with convenient operation and high efficiency.
Principle
There are three Stirrers in the equipment kettle. A low-speed Stirrer revolves around the axis of the kettle body, and the "mountain "-shaped wall scraper on it continuously scrapes the material adhered to the wall and bottom of the kettle. At the same time, the other two high-speed dispersion shafts rotate around their own axis at high speed at different Rotation speeds. Under the combined action of low-speed wall scraping, high-speed shearing and vacuum environment, the material performs complex forced movements to achieve efficient and uniform mixing, dispersion and defoaming.
Applications
Adhesive, sealant, mold glue, silicone sealant, organic silica gel, polyurethane sealant, anaerobic glue, sealing glue, ointment, electronic Stock, lithium ion battery slurry, gluing agent, pigment, inks, ointment, paste material, grease, paints, paste cosmetics, additives and other high viscosity preparations. Suitable for multi-component solid-solid, solid-liquid, liquid-liquid phase materials mixing, reaction, dispersion, dissolving, quenching and tempering processes.
Steps
1. Raise the kettle cover through the hydraulic system.
2. Push the movable material cylinder to the working position or perform feeding.
3. Lower the lid and ensure sealing.
4. According to the process requirements, set the Rotation speed of low-speed stirring and high-speed dispersion (high-speed dispersion supports frequency conversion speed regulation).
5. Start the equipment, perform mixing, dispersion, reaction and other process operations, and turn on the vacuum, heating or chill down functions as needed.
6. After the process is completed, stop stirring.
7. Raise the kettle cover and remove the material cylinder.
8. If the material needs to be discharged, the material cylinder can be moved to the matching hydraulic extruder for extrusion.

• Set the stirring speed reasonably according to the material characteristics (such as viscosity) to avoid overload.
