Principle
The equipment drives the stirring shaft through a high-performance motor to drive different forms of Impeller (such as paddle type, toothed disc type, blade type) to swirl/spin at high speed in the container to shear, disperse, mix and dissolve the material. Rotation speed can be precisely adjusted by frequency conversion control to meet the processing needs of different viscosity materials.

Steps
1. Rotation speed motor and Impeller form according to material viscosity and Processing capacity.
2. Place the device on a stable work surface and connect it to the required power supply (220V or 380V).
3. Put the material to be processed into a container that meets the size requirements (container diameter ≤ 300mm, height ≤ 430mm).
4. Adjust the Impeller to the appropriate working depth in the container by manual or electric lifting.
5. Rotation speed and Miscellaneous optional functions (such as timing) are set through the digital frequency converter.
6. Start the equipment to disperse, mix, dissolve or stir.
7. After the job is completed, turn off the power, raise the Impeller, and clean the equipment and Impeller.
Notice
* Material viscosity should be ≤ 25000 cps, Processing capacity range is 0.5-30 L.
* Power supply voltage is consistent with equipment requirements (220V/380V).
* Before use, please check whether the Impeller is firmly installed and whether the lifting mechanism is running smoothly.
Do not put your hands or Miscellaneous items into the mixing area while the equipment is running.
According to process requirements and safety specifications, choose the necessary explosion-proof or alarm configuration.
