Overview
MUXUAN MXF-C075 Lab-Scale Dispersion Mixer is a dispersion mixing equipment suitable for laboratory and small batch production. It adopts high-performance variable frequency motor with a Speed range of 0-3000 rpm. It has the advantages of small size, large Power, stable operation, low noise and low energy consumption, which can effectively improve the working environment. It is an upgraded product in laboratory and production.

Principle
The equipment uses a high-performance variable frequency motor to drive the stirring shaft and Impeller high-speed swirl/spin to cut, disperse, mix, and dissolve the materials in the container. Users can control the motor Rotation speed through the frequency converter to adapt to material handling with different viscosity and process requirements.

Steps
1. According to the material characteristics and Processing capacity, select the appropriate Impeller and install it.
2. Place the material to be processed in a container that meets the size requirements.
3. Adjust the mixing head to the appropriate height by manual or electric means.
4. Turn on the power supply and set the required Rotation speed and Miscellaneous optional functions (such as timing) through the digital display control panel.
5. Start the equipment for dispersion mixing operation.
6. After the job is completed, turn off the power, raise the stirring head, and clean the equipment and Impeller.
Notice
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage (220V/380V) is consistent with the equipment requirements.
• Please ensure that the material viscosity does not exceed 25000 cps and the Processing capacity is within 0.5-30 L range.
The size of the container should not exceed 600mm and the height should not exceed 430mm.
• According to the process requirements and safety specifications, consider the optional explosion-proof or alarm configuration.
• Do not put your hands or Miscellaneous items into the mixing area while the equipment is running.
• Regularly maintain the equipment to ensure smooth operation.
