Overview
The MUXUAN MXF-200L three-axis dispersion stirring mixer is a high-efficiency multi-functional mixing equipment suitable for high-viscosity materials. The kettle is equipped with three different forms of Stirrers, including one low-speed scraping Stirrer and two high-speed dispersion Stirrers, which carry out strong shearing and mixing of materials through complex compound movements. The equipment has good sealing performance, supports vacuuming operation to remove bubbles, and can realize electric heating or water chilling down. The cylinder head can be hydraulically lifted and lowered, the cylinder block can be moved, which is easy to operate, and can be customized with a hydraulic extruder to facilitate the discharge of paste materials.
Features
1. Using a unique sealing structure, it can be mixed and stirred in a vacuum environment to effectively eliminate bubbles.
2. The kettle body supports electric heating, steam heating, oil-water circulation heating and jacket inner coil cooling down, and the temperature control is flexible.
3. Frame-type low-speed Stirrer with a scraping shaft can scrape the material on the inner wall and bottom of the kettle while stirring, improving the mixing effect.
4. Equipped with two sets of high-speed dispersion shafts, it produces strong shearing and dispersion effects on the material, resulting in high mixing efficiency.
5. The high-speed disperser adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which can flexibly adjust the Rotation speed according to different processes and material viscosity.
6. Hydraulic lifting of cylinder head, free movement of cylinder block, convenient operation, and can be equipped with hydraulic extruder to facilitate the discharge of high viscosity materials.
Principle
There are three Stirrers in the equipment kettle. A low-speed Stirrer rotates around the axis of the kettle body, and the "mountain" wall scraping mechanism on it continuously scrapes off the materials adhered to the wall and bottom of the kettle. At the same time, the other two high-speed dispersion Stirrers rotate around their own axis at high speed at different Rotation speeds. Under the combined action of low-speed wall scraping, high-speed shearing and three-axis compound motion, the materials undergo complex and intense mixing, dispersion and shearing in the kettle to achieve an efficient and uniform mixing effect. In a vacuum environment, this process can also effectively eliminate bubbles in the material.
Applications

Steps
1. Raise the kettle cover through the hydraulic system.
2. Push the movable material cylinder to the working position or perform feeding.
3. Lower the lid and ensure sealing.
4. According to the process requirements, set the heating/chilling down temperature and Vacuum Level.
5. Start low-speed wall scraping stirring and high-speed dispersion stirring, and adjust the high-speed dispersion Rotation speed through the frequency converter.
6. After mixing, stop stirring and remove the vacuum (if applicable).
7. Raise the kettle cover and move the cylinder to the hydraulic extruder station for discharge (if configured).
Notice
Before operating the equipment, check whether all components (such as sealing, hydraulic system, electrical) are normal.
* Do not exceed the rated capacity of the equipment (120L for the MXF-200L model).
* Reasonable setting of stirring speed and temperature according to material characteristics (such as viscosity, sensitivity to temperature).
* Before vacuuming, make sure the sealing system is in good condition.
* When heating or chilling down, pay attention to observe the temperature change to prevent overheating or overcooling.
When the equipment is running, do not put your hands or tools into the mixing area.
During maintenance, please cut off the power supply and ensure that the equipment is in a safe condition.
This model is a production facility, and the laboratory Stirrer is only used for small batch testing.
