Overview
MUXUAN MXF-C075 Experimental Small Batch Dispersion Stirrer is driven by high-performance variable frequency motor or three-phase asynchronous motor. Speed range is optional, and it has the characteristics of small size, large Power, stable operation and low noise. Principle
The equipment drives the stirring shaft and blades through a high-performance motor to swirl/spin at high speed, which produces strong shearing, Impact and dispersion on the material, so as to realize the dispersion, mixing, dissolving and stirring of the material. The frequency conversion Control system can precisely adjust the Rotation speed to adapt to the process requirements of different viscosity materials.

Steps
1. According to the material characteristics (viscosity ≤ 25000 cps, Processing capacity 0.5-30 L) and process requirements, select the appropriate Impeller form (paddle type, tooth plate type or blade type) and install it.
2. Place the material to be processed in a suitable container (container size is recommended to be ≤ φ 300mm x height 430mm).
3. Adjust the lifting mechanism (manual or electric) to lower the Impeller to a suitable position in the material.
4. Turn on the power supply (220V or 380V), set the required Rotation speed (adjustable from 0-5000rpm) and Miscellaneous optional functions (such as timing) through the digital display frequency conversion controller.
5. Start the equipment for dispersion mixing operation.
6. After the job is completed, turn off the power, raise the Impeller, and perform cleaning and maintenance.

• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage (220V/380V) is consistent with the equipment requirements.
• Select the appropriate working parameters according to the material viscosity (≤ 25000 cps) and Processing capacity (0.5-30 L).
• Make sure that the size of the container placed does not exceed φ 300mm x 430mm in height.
• Impeller installation needs to be firm and the lifting operation needs to be smooth.
• Pay attention to the state of the equipment during operation, and stop immediately for inspection if there is any abnormality.
• Keep the equipment clean and maintain it regularly.
