The MUXUAN MXF-350L three-axis dispersion mixing mixer is a equipment suitable for high viscosity material handling. There are three different forms of Stirrer in the kettle, which produce strong shearing and mixing effects on the material through the combined movement of low-speed revolution and high-speed rotation. The equipment is equipped with a mountain-shaped wall scraper, which can effectively scrape off the adhesive materials on the wall and bottom of the kettle and improve the mixing uniformity. The machine has good sealing performance, supports vacuuming operation to remove bubbles, and can realize electric heating or water chilling down. The design of hydraulic lifting of the cylinder head and free movement of the cylinder block makes the operation convenient and efficient.

Principle
There are three Stirrers in the equipment kettle. One of the low-speed Stirrers rotates around the axis of the kettle body, and the other two high-speed stirringdevices rotate around their own axis at high speed at different Rotation speeds. This compound movement allows the material to perform complex movements in the kettle, undergoing intense shearing and mixing. At the same time, the mountain-shaped wall scraper rotates with the rotation shaft, constantly scraping off the raw materials adhered to the wall and bottom of the kettle and re-mixing them to ensure that there is no mixing dead angle. In the sealing state, the vacuum operation can be performed to remove bubbles, and the temperature control can be carried out with the heating or chilling down system.

Steps
1. Raise the kettle cover through the hydraulic system.
2. Push the movable material cylinder to the working position or perform feeding.
3. Lower the lid and ensure sealing.
4. According to the process requirements, start low-speed stirring and high-speed dispersion, and adjust the high-speed dispersion Rotation speed through the frequency converter.
5. If heating, chilling down or venting is required, start the corresponding temperature control or vacuum system.
6. After the mixing is completed, if the material needs to be discharged, the material cylinder can be moved to the matching hydraulic extruder for extrusion.
