Principle
The equipment drives the stirring shaft swirl/spin through a high-performance variable frequency motor or a three-phase asynchronous motor, which drives the Impeller (such as paddle type, toothed disc type or blade type) installed at the shaft end to run at high speed in the material. Rotation speed is precisely adjusted through frequency conversion control, so as to efficiently disperse, mix, dissolve and stir the material.

Biological, cosmetics, food, Coating paints, inks, Adhesive, dyestuff, pesticide and other industries of product materials dispersion, mixing, dissolving, stirring.
Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller form (paddle type, tooth disc type or blade type) according to the material viscosity and Processing capacity and install it.
2. Place the material to be processed in a container of the appropriate size (container size can be placed: φ 300mm high 430mm).
3. Adjust the Impeller to the appropriate working height by manual or electric lifting.
4. Turn on the power supply (220/380V) and set the required Rotation speed (0-1500rpm) through the digital display frequency conversion controller.
5. Start the equipment and start dispersing, mixing, dissolving or stirring the material.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the power of the device, raise the Impeller, and clean the device.

• Power supply voltage (220/380V) meets equipment requirements before use.
• Select the appropriate Impeller and Rotation speed according to the material viscosity (≤ 25000 cps) and Processing capacity (0.5-30 L).
