Principle
The equipment drives the stirring shaft through a high-performance variable frequency motor or a three-phase asynchronous motor to drive the Impeller (such as paddle type, toothed disc type or blade type) to swirl/spin at high speed in the container. The swirl/spin of the Impeller produces strong shearing, Impact and turbulence on the material, so as to realize the dispersion, mixing, dissolving and stirring of the material. The user can precisely adjust the Rotation speed through the variable frequency Control system to adapt to the process requirements of different viscosity and processing capacity.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller form (blade type, tooth plate type or blade type) according to the process requirements and install it.
2. Place the material to be processed in a container that meets the size requirements (container size recommendation: diameter ≤ 300mm, height ≤ 430mm).
3. Adjust the lifting mechanism (manual or electric) to lower the Impeller to the appropriate working depth in the material.
4. Turn on the power supply (220V or 380V) and set the required Rotation speed through the digital display variable frequency controller.
5. Start the equipment and start the dispersion, mixing, dissolving or stirring operation.
6. After the job is completed, stop the equipment, raise the Impeller, and clean the Impeller and container.

* This machine is suitable for material viscosity ≤ 25000 cps, Processing capacity range is 0.5-30 L (this model), please do not use beyond the range.
* Power supply voltage (220V/380V) meets equipment requirements before use.
* Impeller installation must be firm to ensure smooth operation.
* When lifting the Impeller, be careful to avoid collisions with the container.
When the equipment is running, do not put your hands or Miscellaneous foreign matter into the mixing area.
