Overview
The MUXUAN MXF-600L three-axis dispersion mixing mixer is a device suitable for high viscosity material handling. The kettle is equipped with three different forms of Stirrer, which exerts strong shearing and mixing effects on the material through the combined movement of low-speed revolution and high-speed rotation. The equipment is equipped with a mountain-shaped wall scraper, which can effectively scrape off the raw materials adhered to the wall and bottom of the kettle and improve the mixing uniformity. The machine has good sealing performance, supports vacuum operation to remove bubbles from exhaust, and can realize electric heating or water chilling down. The cylinder head can be lifted and lowered hydraulically, and the cylinder body can be moved freely, which is easy to operate.
Features

5. The high-speed disperser adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which can flexibly adjust the Rotation speed according to different processes and material viscosity.
6. The cylinder head is hydraulic lifted and lowered, the cylinder body is free to move, easy to operate, and can be customized with a hydraulic extruder to facilitate the extrusion and discharge of high-viscosity materials.
Principle
There are three Stirrers in the equipment kettle. One low-speed Stirrer rotates around the axis of the kettle body, and the other two high-speed stirringdevices rotate around their own axis at high speed at different Rotation speeds, so that the material makes complex movements in the kettle and withstands strong shearing and mixing. At the same time, the Yamagata wall scraper rotates with the rotation axis to continuously scrape off the raw materials adhered to the wall and bottom of the kettle, so that it can re-participate in the mixing process. Through the vacuum system, bubbles can be discharged during the mixing process.

Steps
1. Raise the kettle cover through the hydraulic system.
2. Position the movable material cylinder to the feeding station for feeding.
3. Lower the lid and ensure sealing.
4. According to the process requirements, start low-speed stirring and high-speed dispersion, and can choose to turn on the function of vacuuming, heating or chilling down.
5. After mixing is completed, stop stirring. If the material needs to be discharged, the material cylinder can be moved to the matching hydraulic extruder position for extrusion.

• The equipment is mainly used for the mixing, reaction, dispersion, dissolving, quenching and tempering of multi-component solid-solid, solid-liquid and liquid-liquid phase materials.
• Laboratory Stirrer is only suitable for experimental and small batch trial production.
• Before operation, confirm that each sealing part is in good condition to ensure the sealing property during vacuum or pressure operation.
• According to the material characteristics and process requirements, the Rotation speed of the high-speed disperser is reasonably set through the frequency converter.
• Regularly check the gap and abrasion between the scraper and the inner wall of the kettle.
• Pay attention to operation safety when moving the material cylinder.
