Overview
MXF-CD075 Experimental Small Batch Disperse Stirrer is a laboratory and pilot equipment driven by high-performance variable frequency motors or three-phase asynchronous motors. It can choose different Speed ranges (0-1500/3000/5000/8000 rpm) according to material viscosity and Processing capacity. It has the advantages of small size, large Power, stable Rotation speed, low energy consumption, low noise, etc., and improves the working environment. It is an upgraded product for laboratory and production use.
Features
1. Adopt a high-performance motor for lower noise and smoother operation, ensuring the high quality of the entire machine.
2. Digital dynamic Rotation speed frequency conversion control, can be selected according to the process needs of timing, motor explosion-proof, explosion-proof machine, sound and light alarm configuration.
3. Provide manual lift and electric lift two lifting methods.
4. Mixing methods are diverse, including paddle type, tooth plate type, blade type, which can be selected according to the process needs, and the replacement is simple and convenient.
Principle
The equipment drives the stirring shaft swirl/spin through a high-performance variable frequency motor or a three-phase asynchronous motor to drive the Impeller (such as paddle type, toothed disc type or blade type) installed at the shaft end to run at high speed in the container. Rotation speed of the motor is controlled by the frequency converter to realize process operations such as dispersing, mixing, dissolving and stirring of materials. The lifting mechanism can adjust the working height of the Impeller in the container.
Applications
Biology, Cosmetics, Food, Coating paints, inks, Adhesives, dyestuffs, pesticides
Steps
1. Choose the appropriate Speed range and Impeller form according to the material viscosity and Processing capacity.
2. Place the material to be processed in a container of the appropriate size (the container size is recommended to be about 300mm and the height is within 430mm).
3. Adjust the Impeller to the appropriate working height in the container by manual or electric lifting mechanism.
4. Turn on the power supply (220V or 380V) and set the required Rotation speed through the digital display frequency conversion controller.
5. Start the equipment to disperse, mix, dissolve or stir materials.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the power, raise the Impeller, and clean the equipment.
Notice
* Power supply voltage (220V/380V) matches equipment requirements.
* Material viscosity should be ≤ 25000 cps, Processing capacity should be within 0.5-30 L range.
Select the appropriate Impeller form (blade type, tooth plate type, blade type) according to the process requirements.
Pay attention to safety during operation, and choose safety configurations such as explosion-proof and sound and light alarms as required.
When the equipment is running, do not put your hands or foreign objects into the mixing area.
* Please clean in time after use and keep the equipment drying.
