Overview
The MUXUAN MXF-1100L 3-Axis Disperse Stirring Mixer is a high-efficiency, multi-functional mandatory mixing equipment designed for high viscosity materials. The equipment uses a combination of three different forms of Stirrer, which combines low-speed revolution and high-speed rotation to achieve strong shearing and mixing of materials. The equipment is equipped with a mountain-shaped wall scraper to ensure that the material is free of residue and has good vacuum sealing, which can be used for heating, chilling down and exhaust defoaming. The design of the hydraulic lifting of the cylinder head and the free movement of the cylinder block makes it easy to operate, and the hydraulic extruder can be customized to meet the discharge requirements of the paste material.
Features
1. The unique sealing structure can be mixed and stirred in a vacuum environment to effectively eliminate bubbles.
2. The kettle body supports electric heating, steam heating and oil-water circulation heating, the inner coil of the jacket can be chilled down, and the frame type stirring has a scraped wall shaft, and the mixing effect is better.
3. The inner wall of the kettle is finished by a large vertical lathe to ensure that the movable drawdown blade can completely scrape off the inner wall and the bottom material of the kettle.
4. Equipped with two sets of high-speed dispersion shafts, it generates strong shearing and dispersion effects on the material, and the mixing efficiency is much higher than that of ordinary mixers.
5. The high-speed disperser adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which can flexibly adjust the Rotation speed according to different processes and material viscosity.
6. The equipment has good sealing performance, can adapt to vacuuming and pressurizing occasions, and can be equipped with multiple movable jacketed material cylinders and hydraulic extruders, which is convenient for heating, chilling down and paste material extrusion.
Principle
There are three Stirrers in the equipment kettle. One low-speed Stirrer rotates around the axis of the kettle body to drive the mountain-shaped wall scraper to scrape off the wall material. The other two high-speed stirringdevices rotate around their own axis at high speed at different Rotation speeds to form a complex material movement trajectory. Through the synergy of low-speed wall scraping stirring and high-speed dispersion, the material is subjected to strong shear, convection and diffusion, so as to achieve efficient and uniform mixing, dispersion and dissolving. In a vacuum environment, this process can also effectively exhaust and defoam.
Applications
Adhesive, sealant, mold glue, silicone sealant, organic silicone, polyurethane sealant, anaerobic glue, sealing glue, ointment, Electronic Stock, lithium ion battery slurry, gluing agent, pigment, inks, ointment paste materials, grease, paints, paste cosmetics, additives and other high viscosity preparation, suitable for multi-component solid-solid, solid-liquid, liquid-liquid phase materials mixing, reaction, dispersion, dissolving, quenching and tempering processes.
Steps
1. Position the movable material cylinder under the equipment.
2. Raise the cylinder head through the hydraulic system for feeding.
3. Lower the cylinder head and ensure sealing.
4. According to the process requirements, set the Rotation speed of low-speed stirring and high-speed dispersion (high-speed variable frequency speed regulation), and can start the vacuum, heating or chill down function.
5. After mixing, turn off the mixing and auxiliary systems.
6. Raise the cylinder head and remove the cylinder.
7. (If configured) Move the material cylinder to the hydraulic extruder station for paste extrusion and discharge.
Notice
• Equipment is High Power Heavy Machinery, please ensure that you have received training and are familiar with the equipment structure before operation.
• The feeding volume should not exceed the rated capacity of the equipment (e.g. 660L for MXF-1100L), so as not to affect the mixing effect or damage the equipment.
• Before starting the equipment, be sure to check that there are no obstacles around the Stirrer and drawdown blade to ensure that the sealing structure is intact.
• Choose stirring speed, temperature and whether to enable vacuum function according to material characteristics (such as viscosity, temperature sensitivity).
• When heating or chilling down, pay attention to the pressure and temperature of the jacketed medium to avoid exceeding the limit.
• During the operation of the equipment, do not put your hands or tools into the kettle.
During maintenance, be sure to cut off the power supply and wait for the equipment to stop completely.
The laboratory model is only used for small-batch experimental trial production and is not suitable for large-scale continuous production.
