Overview
The MUXUAN MXF-2000L 3-Axis Disperse Stirring Mixer is an efficient, versatile, mandatory mixing machine for high viscosity materials. The device uses three different forms of Stirrer, combined with a unique wall scraping design and vacuum sealing structure, to achieve strong shearing, uniform mixing and exhaust defoaming of materials. The cylinder head can be hydraulically lifted, the cylinder body can be moved freely, and it is easy to operate. It can be equipped with jacket heating/chilling down and hydraulic extruder to meet a variety of process needs.
Features
1. The unique sealing structure can be mixed and stirred in a vacuum environment to effectively eliminate bubbles.
2. The kettle body can be electrically heated, steam heating, oil and water circulation heating, and the inner coil of the jacket can be cooled down and adapted to different temperature processes.
3. The inner wall is finished by a large vertical lathe, and with a frame Stirrer with a scraping shaft, the material on the inner wall and bottom of the kettle can be completely scraped, and the mixing is more thorough.
4. Equipped with two sets of high-speed dispersion shafts, it produces strong shearing and dispersion effects on the material, and the mixing efficiency is several times that of ordinary mixers.
5. The high-speed disperser adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which can flexibly adjust the Rotation speed according to different processes and material viscosity.
6. Cylinder head hydraulic lifting, cylinder block mobile design, easy to operate; can be equipped with a hydraulic extruder, easy to discharge high viscosity paste material.
Principle
There are three Stirrers in the equipment kettle. One low-speed Stirrer rotates around the axis of the kettle body to drive the "mountain" shaped wall scraping mechanism to scrape off the wall material; the other two high-speed dispersion devices rotate at high speed around their own axis at different Rotation speeds. Materials are strongly shearing and mixing due to various motion compounding in the kettle. The equipment has good sealing performance, can be vacuumed to remove bubbles, and can be combined with the heating or chilling down function of the jacket to realize the mixing, reaction, dispersion, dissolving, quenching and tempering of materials.
Applications
Multi-component solid-liquid, solid-liquid phase, liquid-liquid phase materials mixing, reaction, dispersion, dissolving, quenching and tempering processes. Specifically used in viscose, sealant, mold glue, silicone sealant, organic silicone, polyurethane sealant, anaerobic glue, sealing glue, ointment, electronic Stock, lithium ion battery slurry, gluing agent, pigment, inks, ointment paste material, grease, paints, paste cosmetics, additives and other high viscosity preparations.
Steps
1. Raise the kettle cover through the hydraulic system.
2. Move the movable material cylinder to a suitable position for feeding.
3. Lower the lid and ensure sealing.
4. According to the process requirements, set the Rotation speed of low-speed stirring and high-speed dispersion (high-speed dispersion variable frequency speed regulation).
5. Start the equipment for mixing, dispersing and other operations, and vacuum or heat/chill down if necessary.
6. After the process is completed, if the material needs to be discharged, the material cylinder can be moved to the matching hydraulic extruder for extrusion and discharge.
Notice
* Equipment is High Power Heavy Machinery, be sure to receive training and understand the Operation Manual before operation.
* Do not exceed the rated capacity of the equipment (e.g. MXF-2000L Processing capacity is 1200L).
* Before and during operation, ensure that all sealing parts are intact, especially when vacuum or pressure operation is performed.
Rotation speed of the high-speed dispersion shaft is reasonably set through the frequency converter according to the material characteristics (such as viscosity) and process requirements.
Regularly check and maintain the scraping mechanism to ensure that it can effectively scrape off the inner wall material.
* When heating or chilling down, pay attention to observe temperature changes to avoid damage to equipment or materials caused by overheating or overcooling.
When moving the material cylinder and operating the hydraulic system, pay attention to personnel safety to avoid pinching or collision.
When using the supporting extruder, it is necessary to ensure that the material cylinder and the extruder are accurately and firmly connected.
The laboratory model equipment is only used for experimental small-batch trial production.
