Overview
The MUXUAN MXF-4000L three-axis dispersion mixing mixer is a high-efficiency, multi-functional, mandatory mixing equipment for high-viscosity materials. The equipment uses three different forms of Stirrer, combined with a unique wall scraping design and vacuum sealing structure, which can achieve strong shearing, uniform mixing and exhaust defoaming of materials. The equipment supports electric heating, water chilling down and vacuuming operations. The cylinder head can be hydraulically lifted and the cylinder block can be moved for easy operation.
Features
1. The unique sealing structure can be mixed and stirred in a vacuum environment to effectively eliminate bubbles.
2. The kettle body supports electric heating, steam heating, oil and water circulation heating, and the inner coil of the jacket can be chilled down, and the process adaptability is strong.
3. Equipped with a frame-type low-speed Stirrer with a scraping shaft, it can scrape the material on the inner wall and bottom of the kettle while stirring, and mix more thoroughly.
4. The two sets of high-speed dispersion shafts in the kettle adopt frequency conversion speed regulation, which can adjust the Rotation speed according to different processes and material viscosity to provide strong shearing and dispersion effects.
5. The equipment has good sealing performance and can be equipped with a hydraulic extruder to facilitate the extrusion and discharge of high-viscosity paste materials and improve production efficiency.
Principle
There are three Stirrers in the equipment kettle. One low-speed Stirrer rotates around the axis of the kettle body, and the other two high-speed dispersion devices rotate around their own axis at high speed at different Rotation speeds. This compound movement makes the material subject to strong shearing and mixing in the kettle. At the same time, the mountain-shaped wall scraper moves with the revolution, scraping the raw materials adhered to the wall and bottom of the kettle to participate in mixing, ensuring no dead ends. In a vacuum environment, this structure helps the material to exhaust and defoam.
Applications
Adhesive, sealant, mold glue, silicone sealant, organic silicone, polyurethane sealant, anaerobic glue, sealing glue, ointment, electronic Stock, lithium ion battery slurry, gluing agent, pigment, inks, ointment, paste material, grease, paints, paste cosmetics, additives and other high viscosity preparation. Suitable for multi-component solid-solid-liquid, solid-liquid phase, liquid-liquid phase material mixing, reaction, dispersion, dissolving, quenching and tempering processes.
Steps
1. Raise the kettle cover through the hydraulic system.
2. Position the movable material cylinder to the working position.
3. Input materials.
4. Lower the lid and ensure sealing.
5. Start the heating/chilling down and vacuuming system as required.
6. Start the low-speed stirring and high-speed dispersion motor, and set the appropriate Rotation speed through the frequency converter according to the process requirements.
7. After mixing, stop stirring.
8. If the material needs to be discharged, the material cylinder can be moved to the matching hydraulic extruder for extrusion.
Notice
The equipment is mainly used for the preparation of high viscosity materials, and the laboratory model is only used for small batch pilot runs.
• Before operation, check whether each sealing part is in good condition to ensure the sealing property during vacuum or pressure operation.
