Overview
The MUXUAN MXF-5000L three-axis dispersion stirring mixer is an efficient and multi-functional equipment suitable for high viscosity material handling. The kettle is equipped with three different forms of Stirrers, including a low-speed scraping Stirrer and two high-speed dispersion shafts, which carry out strong shearing and mixing of materials through complex compound movements. The equipment has good sealing performance, supports vacuuming operation to remove bubbles, and can realize electric heating or water chilling down. The cylinder head can be hydraulically lifted and lowered, the cylinder body can be moved freely, which is easy to operate, and can be customized with a hydraulic extruder to facilitate the discharge of paste materials.
Features
1. Using a unique sealing structure, it can be mixed and stirred in a vacuum environment to effectively eliminate bubbles.
2. The kettle body supports electric heating, steam heating and oil-water circulation heating, the inner coil of the jacket can be chilled down, and the process adaptability is strong.
3. Equipped with a low-speed frame Stirrer with a scraping shaft, it can scrape the material on the inner wall and bottom of the kettle while stirring, and mix more thoroughly.
4. The two sets of high-speed dispersion shafts in the kettle make the material subject to strong shearing and dispersion, and the mixing effect is several times that of ordinary mixers.
5. The high-speed disperser adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, which can flexibly adjust the Rotation speed according to different processes and material viscosity.
6. The cylinder head is hydraulic lifted and lowered, the cylinder body is free to move, easy to operate, and can be equipped with a hydraulic extruder to achieve efficient extrusion and discharge of paste materials.
Principle
There are three Stirrers in the equipment kettle. A low-speed Stirrer rotates around the axis of the kettle body, and the "mountain" wall scraping mechanism on it continuously scrapes off the material adhered to the wall and bottom of the kettle. At the same time, the other two high-speed dispersion shafts rotate around their own axis at high speed at different Rotation speeds. Under the combined action of revolution, rotation and wall scraping, the material performs complex movements in the kettle, and is strongly shearing, dispersing and mixing, so as to achieve efficient homogenization.
Applications
Adhesive, sealant, mold glue, silicone sealant, organic silica gel, polyurethane sealant, anaerobic glue, sealing glue, ointment, electronic Stock, lithium ion battery slurry, gluing agent, pigment, inks, ointment paste material, grease, paints, paste cosmetics, additives and other high viscosity preparations. Suitable for multi-component solid-solid-liquid, solid-liquid phase, liquid-liquid phase materials mixing, reaction, dispersion, dissolving, quenching and tempering processes.
Steps
1. Raise the kettle cover through the hydraulic system.
2. Move the movable material cylinder to a suitable position for feeding.
3. Lower the lid and ensure sealing.
4. According to the process requirements, set the Rotation speed of low-speed stirring and high-speed dispersion (high-speed dispersion supports frequency conversion speed regulation).
5. Start the equipment for mixing, stirring, dispersing and other process operations. If necessary, you can turn on the vacuum function to exhaust and defoam, or turn on the heating/chilling down function.
6. After the process is completed, for the paste material, the material cylinder can be moved to the matching hydraulic extruder for extrusion and discharge.

• Equipment is High Power Heavy Machinery, please ensure that you have received relevant training and are familiar with the equipment before operation.
• The feeding volume should not exceed the rated capacity of the equipment (e.g. 3000L for the MXF-5000L model).
• Before and during operation, make sure that the sealing parts are in good condition, especially when vacuuming or pressurizing.
• According to material characteristics and process requirements, set the frequency conversion Rotation speed of the high-speed dispersion shaft reasonably.
• The equipment has heating and chilling down functions, please pay attention to the risk of high or low temperature burns when operating related parts.
When moving the material cylinder and operating the hydraulic lifting system, please pay attention to the surrounding safety to prevent pinch or collision.
• Regularly check and maintain the scraping mechanism to ensure that it can effectively scrape the kettle wall material.
• Laboratory Stirrer is only used for experimental small batch trial production.
