Overview
MUXUAN MXF-1.5 Pneumatic Lifting Disperser is a pilot-scale equipment that integrates dispersion and stirring functions. It is suitable for small batch production in factories, scientific research institutions, Universities & colleges and other units. The equipment uses a frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation, stable operation, low noise, and easy disassembly of the stirring plate. Its lifting structure uses a cylinder as an actuator, which is convenient to operate and is an ideal choice for small batch production.

Principle
Through the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc, the material is in an annular flow and generates a strong vortex, and the material spirals down to the bottom of the eddy current. During this process, strong shearing, impact and friction are generated between the particles, so as to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving and uniform mixing. Its lifting function controls the cylinder work through the swirl/spin of the valve or the point of the solenoid valve, and uses the cylinder lift to drive the motor and the working head to lift.
