Overview
MUXUAN MXF-2.2 Pneumatic Lifting Disperser is a pilot-scale equipment that integrates dispersion and stirring functions. It is suitable for small batch production in factories, scientific research institutions, Universities & colleges and other units. The equipment uses a frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation, which can operate stably for a long time and has low noise. The stirring plate is easy to disassemble. Its lifting structure uses cylinders as actuators, making it an ideal choice for small batch production.

Principle
Through the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc, the material forms an annular flow and generates a strong vortex, and the material drops spirally to the bottom of the eddy current. During this process, strong shearing, impact and friction occur between the particles, so as to realize the rapid dispersion, dissolving and uniform mixing of the material. The lifting function controls the cylinder work through the swirl/spin of the valve or the point of the solenoid valve, and uses the cylinder lift to drive the motor and work head to complete the lifting action.
