Overview
The MUXUAN MXF-3 pneumatic lift Disperser is a pilot-scale equipment that integrates dispersion and stirring functions. It is suitable for small batch production in factories, scientific research institutions, Universities & colleges and other units. The equipment uses a frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation, which can operate stably for a long time and has low noise. Its stirring plate is easy to disassemble, and the lifting structure uses a cylinder as an actuator, which is convenient to operate. It is an ideal choice for small batch production.

Principle
Through the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc, the material forms an annular flow and generates a strong vortex, and the material drops spirally to the bottom of the eddy current. During this process, strong shearing, impact and friction are generated between the particles, so as to achieve rapid dispersion, dissolving and uniform mixing. The lifting function controls the cylinder work through the swirl/spin of the valve or the point of the solenoid valve, and uses the cylinder lift to drive the motor and work head to complete the lifting action.

Steps
1. Move the device to the working position and fix the brake casters.
2. According to the process requirements, place the material in an open container.
3, through the valve swirl/spin or solenoid valve point control, the operation of the cylinder to make the work head down to the appropriate position.
4. Start the device and adjust it to the required Rotation speed (0-1500rpm) through the frequency converter.
5. Conduct process processing such as material dispersion and mixing.
6. After the processing is completed, stop the equipment and raise the working head.
7, can move equipment between different containers, the next batch of processing or cleaning work.
Notice
• This equipment is suitable for all kinds of Stocks with material viscosity ≤ 25,000 cps and Solid content below 60%.
• Processing capacity is 100L, do not overdo it.
• The lifting power of the equipment is compressed air, please ensure that the air source is stable and clean.
Before running, please check whether the connection of all components is firm, especially the mixing plate.
• The equipment is suitable for intermittent production, and it is recommended to stop for inspection after long-term operation.
• The input voltage can be customized according to requirements (such as 110V/220V/380V/415V), please confirm the voltage matching before use.
When cleaning the equipment, make sure that the power is turned off and the air source is disconnected.
