Overview
Pneumatic lifting Disperser (model: MXF-11) is a pilot-scale equipment with dispersion and stirring functions, suitable for small batch production in factories, scientific research institutions, Universities & colleges and other units. The equipment uses a frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation, which can operate stably for a long time with low noise, and the mixing plate is easy to disassemble. Its lifting structure uses a cylinder as an actuator, making it an ideal equipment for handling small and medium batches of materials.

Principle
Through the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc, the material is in an annular flow and generates a strong vortex, and the material spirals down to the bottom of the eddy current. During this process, strong shearing, impact and friction are generated between the particles, so as to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving and uniform mixing. The lifting function controls the cylinder work through the swirl/spin of the valve or the point of the solenoid valve, and uses the cylinder lift to drive the motor and the working head to lift.

• Stocks with material viscosity ≤ 25,000 cps and Solid content below 60%, such as latex paints, industrial paints, Water-based inks, pesticides, gluing agents, etc.
• With a capacity of 50-400L, it is suitable for simple operation in multiple open containers, or can be made into a closed vacuum type.
• The mixing, dispersion, reaction and other processes can be completed independently on different containers, and each batch of material can be cleaned intermittently.
• Input voltage can be customized according to requirements 110V/220V/380V/415V, etc.
