Overview
MUXUAN MXF-C1.5 Experimental Small Batch Dispersion Stirrer is a device suitable for laboratory and production use. It is driven by a high-performance variable frequency motor or a three-phase asynchronous motor. Speed range is optional. It has the advantages of small size, large Power, stable Rotation speed, low energy consumption, low noise and high Stability, which improves the working environment.

Principle
The equipment drives the stirring shaft through a high-performance motor to drive different forms of Impellers (such as paddle type, toothed disc type, blade type) to swirl/spin at high speed in the container to disperse, mix, dissolve, stir and other operations on the material. Rotation speed can be precisely adjusted through the frequency conversion Control system to adapt to material handling with different viscosity and process requirements.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller form according to the material viscosity and Processing capacity and install it.
2. Place the material to be processed in a container of the appropriate size.
3. Adjust the lifting position of the Impeller to the appropriate height by manual or electric means.
4. Start the device and set the required Rotation speed through the digital frequency conversion controller.
5. According to the process requirements, the timing function can be set.
6. After the mixing is completed, turn off the equipment, raise the Impeller, and remove the processed material.
Notice
• Material viscosity should be ≤ 25000 cps.
Processing capacity range is 5~ 30L.
• Please choose the appropriate Impeller form according to the process needs.
• Note that the Power supply voltage of the equipment is 220/380V.
The maximum size of the container that can be placed is about 300mm and 430mm high.
• Please pay attention to safety during operation, and consider whether to choose explosion-proof or sound and light alarm configuration according to your needs.
