Overview

Principle
The device drives the stirring shaft and Impeller (such as paddle type, tooth plate type or blade type) high-speed swirl/spin through a high-performance motor, which produces a strong shearing, dispersing and mixing effect on the material. Rotation speed of the motor is controlled by a frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation in the range of 0-5000rpm to adapt to material handling with different viscosity and process requirements. The lifting mechanism can adjust the working position of the Impeller in the container.

Steps
1. According to the material characteristics and Processing capacity (5-30L), select the appropriate Impeller (such as φ 120/φ 150mm blade) and install it.
2. Place the container containing the material (maximum size of φ 300mm x height 430mm) under the equipment.
3. Adjust the Impeller to the appropriate working depth in the container by manual or electric lifting mechanism.
4. Turn on the power supply (220V/380V) and set the required Rotation speed (0-5000rpm) through the digital display frequency conversion controller.
5. Start the equipment to disperse, mix, dissolve or stir.
6. After the job is completed, turn off the power, raise the Impeller, and clean the equipment and Impeller.

• Power supply voltage (220V/380V) matches equipment requirements before use.
