Overview
MUXUAN MXF-7.5 hydraulic lifting Disperser is a mass operation equipment that integrates dispersion and stirring functions. The equipment uses a frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation, stable operation and low noise; the dispersion disc is easy to disassemble and replace, and different specifications can be selected according to process requirements; the lifting mechanism adopts an integrated hydraulic cylinder, which is stable and environmentally friendly without leakage. It is the preferred equipment for solid-liquid dispersion mixing.

Principle
The device drives the spindle high-speed swirl/spin through the motor to drive the dispersion disc installed at the end of the spindle to rotate. The dispersion disc has a strong shearing and impact effect on the material during high-speed swirl/spin, so that the powder particles are quickly dispersed and evenly dispersed into the liquid medium. At the same time, the device controls the smooth lifting of the entire stirring head through the hydraulic cylinder to adapt to working containers of different heights and facilitate feeding and cleaning.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion disc according to the process requirements and install it on the spindle.
2. Place the material barrel to be treated under the dispersion disc, and use the holding device (belt, hand crank or pneumatic) to fix the barrel body.
3. Through the operation of the hydraulic control valve, the Disperser spindle is smoothly lowered to the appropriate working depth in the barrel.
4. Start the equipment and adjust the spindle to the required Rotation speed through the frequency converter.
5. Conduct material dispersion, mixing, or mixing operations.
6. After the operation is completed, stop the equipment from running.
7. Operate the hydraulic lift to raise the stirring head to a high position.
8. Release the clamp, remove the material bucket, and clean the dispersion disc and other components.
Notice
• Before running the equipment, make sure that the mixing drum has been reliably fixed by the clamping device to prevent displacement.
• According to the material characteristics and process requirements, select the appropriate dispersion disc type and specification.
• The lifting operation should be smooth to avoid the impact of rapid lifting on equipment or materials.
• Regularly check the hydraulic system to ensure there are no leaks and maintain cleanliness.
When cleaning equipment, be sure to cut off the power supply to ensure safety.
• Non-explosion-proof models shall not be used in flammable and explosive environments. If you need explosion-proof, please choose a customized explosion-proof model.
• Equipment parameters (e.g. Processing capacity) are based on test results using water as the medium, and the actual processing of Miscellaneous materials needs to be evaluated according to the material characteristics.
Before performing any maintenance or replacement of parts, ensure that the equipment is completely powered off.
