MUXUAN MXF-11 hydraulic lift Disperser is a mass operation equipment that integrates dispersion and stirring functions. The equipment uses a frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation, stable operation, low noise, and is equipped with a removable dispersion disc, which can be replaced with different specifications according to process requirements. Principle
The device drives the spindle to swirl/spin at high speed through the motor, and drives the dispersion disc to shear and stir the material at high speed to achieve uniform dispersion and mixing of the powder in the liquid material. The lifting function is performed by the hydraulic cylinder, and the Disperser is smoothly raised, stopped and lowered through the control valve to adapt to stirring containers of different heights.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion disc according to the process requirements and install it;
2. Place the mixing bucket in place and use a holding device (belt, hand crank or pneumatic) to fix it to prevent displacement.
3, through the hydraulic control valve operation equipment lifting, the dispersion disc is adjusted to the appropriate working height;
4. Set the required stirring Rotation speed through the frequency converter;
5. Start the equipment for dispersion and mixing operations.
6. After the operation is completed, stop the equipment and operate the hydraulic lift to raise the dispersion disc;
7. Disassemble and clean the dispersion disc and mixing bucket.
