Overview
MUXUAN MXF-15 Hydraulic Lifting Disperser is a large-scale operation equipment with dispersion and stirring functions. The equipment uses a frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation, which can operate stably for a long time and has little noise. Its stirring disc is easy to disassemble, and different specifications and forms of dispersion discs can be replaced according to process requirements. The lifting structure adopts a hydraulic cylinder with an integrated fuel tank to ensure smooth lifting and environmental protection without leakage. It is the preferred equipment for solid-liquid dispersion mixing.

Principle
The device drives the spindle to swirl/spin at high speed through the motor, and drives the dispersion disc to shear and stir the material at high speed to achieve uniform dispersion and mixing of the powder in the liquid material. The lifting function is performed by the hydraulic cylinder, and the Disperser is smoothly raised, stopped and lowered through the control valve to adapt to working containers of different heights.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion disc according to the process requirements and install it.
2. Place the mixing bucket to be treated under the equipment and secure it with a clamp (belt, hand crank, or pneumatic).
3. Through the operation of the hydraulic control valve, the Disperser is lowered to the appropriate working position in the mixing drum.
4. Start the equipment, adjust to the required Rotation speed through the frequency converter, and start the dispersion and stirring operation.
5. After the job is completed, stop the equipment from running.
6. Operate the hydraulic control valve to raise the disperser to a safe position.
7. Disassemble and clean dispersion discs and related components.
Notice
• Before the equipment runs, make sure that the mixing drum has been reliably fixed through the clamp to prevent displacement.
• According to the material characteristics and process requirements, select the appropriate dispersion disc type and Rotation speed.
• Regularly check the hydraulic system to ensure no leakage and smooth lifting.
• When cleaning or replacing dispersion discs, make sure the device is completely stopped and powered off.
• For special customized models such as explosion-proof models, please strictly follow their specific safety operating procedures.
