Overview
MXF-18.5 hydraulic lift Disperser is a mass operation equipment with dispersion and stirring functions under the MUXUAN brand. The equipment uses a frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation, which can operate stably for a long time and has little noise; its dispersion disc is easy to disassemble and replace, and different specifications can be selected according to process requirements; the lifting structure adopts an integrated hydraulic cylinder, which runs smoothly and is environmentally friendly without leakage. It is the preferred equipment for solid-liquid dispersion mixing.

Principle
The equipment drives the spindle at high speed swirl/spin through the motor to drive the dispersion disc to cut and disperse the material. The material is subjected to strong shear force under the high speed swirl/spin of the dispersion disc, so as to achieve uniform dispersion and mixing of the powder in the liquid material. The lifting function is performed by the hydraulic cylinder, and the smooth rise, stop and fall of the Disperser is realized through the control valve, which is convenient for operation and adjustment of the working position.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion disc according to the process requirements and install it.
2. Fix the mixing bucket to be treated by clamping (e.g. belt, hand crank, pneumatic) to prevent displacement.
3, through the hydraulic control valve operation equipment lift, the dispersion disc is adjusted to the appropriate working height.
4. Start the equipment and adjust it to the required Rotation speed through the frequency converter for dispersion and stirring.
5. After the operation is completed, stop the equipment, raise the dispersion disc, disassemble and clean the dispersion disc and stirring bucket.
Notice
• Before the equipment runs, ensure that the mixing drum is firmly fixed to prevent accidents caused by displacement during work.
• According to the material characteristics and process requirements, select the appropriate dispersion disc type and specification.
• Operate the hydraulic lift smoothly to avoid sudden rise and fall.
• Regularly maintain the equipment and check the hydraulic system for leaks.
