Overview
MXF-C1.5 Experimental Chinese Small Batch Dispersion Stirrer is a laboratory and production equipment driven by high-performance variable frequency motors or three-phase asynchronous motors. It can choose different Rotation speeds according to material viscosity and Processing capacity. It has the advantages of small size, large Power, stable Rotation speed, frequency conversion speed regulation, high efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise, etc. It improves the working environment and is an upgraded product for laboratories and small batch production.
Features

Principle
The equipment drives the stirring shaft and Impeller (such as paddle type, toothed disc type or blade type) high-speed swirl/spin through high-performance motors to produce strong shearing, dispersing, mixing and stirring effects on the materials in the container. Rotation speed of the motor is controlled by the frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation of 0-1500rpm to adapt to the process requirements of different viscosity materials, and complete the process of material dispersion, mixing and dissolving.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller (blade type, tooth plate type or blade type) according to the process requirements and install it.
2. Place the material to be processed in a container of the appropriate size (container size is recommended to be 500mm, height 430mm).
3. Adjust the Impeller to the appropriate working height in the container by manual or electric lifting mechanism.
4. Turn on the power supply (220V or 380V), and set the required Rotation speed (adjustable from 0-1500rpm) through the digital display frequency conversion controller.
5. Start the equipment and start dispersing and stirring the material.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the power, raise the Impeller, and clean the equipment and Impeller.
Notice
• Material viscosity should be ≤ 25000 cps, Processing capacity is recommended in the range of 5~ 70L.
• According to the needs of the process, functions such as timing, explosion-proof or sound and light alarm can be selected in advance.
• When selecting the lifting method (manual or electric) and the type of Impeller, it is necessary to match the specific production process requirements.
• Power supply voltage (220V/380V) is consistent with equipment requirements.
Do not operate beyond the maximum container size specified by the equipment (φ 300mm, height 430mm).
