Overview
MUXUAN MXF-37 hydraulic lift Disperser is a mass operation equipment with dispersion and stirring functions. The equipment adopts a frequency converter to realize stepless speed regulation, which can operate stably for a long time and has little noise; the dispersion disc is easy to disassemble and can be replaced with different specifications according to the process; the lifting structure adopts an integrated hydraulic cylinder, which is stable and environmentally friendly without leakage. It is the preferred equipment for solid-liquid dispersion mixing.

Principle
The equipment applies a high shear force to the material through a high-speed swirl/spin dispersion disc to quickly and evenly disperse the powder into the liquid material to form a good suspension effect. The lifting function is realized by the hydraulic cylinder as an actuator, and the control valve operates the rise, stop and fall to ensure smooth operation.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion disc according to the process requirements and install it.
2. Use a holding device (belt, hand crank or pneumatic) to fix the mixing bucket to prevent displacement.
3. Operate the hydraulic lifting system through the control valve to adjust the dispersion disc to the appropriate height.
4. Start the equipment and adjust it to the required Rotation speed through the frequency converter for dispersion and stirring.
5. After the operation is completed, stop the equipment and operate the lifting system to raise the dispersion disc.
6, remove the dispersion disc for cleaning or replacement.
Notice
Before running the equipment, make sure that the mixing drum is firmly fixed by clamping.
* According to the material characteristics and process requirements, select the appropriate equipment model (such as explosion-proof/ordinary, normal pressure/closed) and dispersion disc specifications.
Regularly check the hydraulic system to ensure no leakage and smooth lifting.
* When removing and replacing dispersion discs, please follow the specifications.
* Optional accessories for pulling cylinder and cylinder head of non-sealing equipment, please configure according to actual needs.
Explosion-proof equipment requires an external standard operating box.
