Overview
MUXUAN MXF-45 hydraulic lifting Disperser is a mass operation equipment with dispersion and stirring functions. The equipment uses a frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation, which can operate stably for a long time and has little noise; its stirring disc is easy to disassemble, and different specifications and forms of dispersion discs can be replaced according to process requirements; the lifting structure adopts an integrated hydraulic cylinder, which can lift smoothly and is environmentally friendly without leakage. It is the preferred equipment for solid-liquid dispersion mixing.

Principle
The device drives the spindle high-speed swirl/spin through the motor to drive the dispersion disc to shear and disperse the material. The material is subjected to strong shear force under the high-speed swirl/spin of the dispersion disc, so as to achieve uniform dispersion and mixing of the powder in the liquid material. The lifting function is performed by the hydraulic cylinder, and the smooth rise, stop and fall of the Disperser is realized through the control valve to adapt to the mixing vessels of different heights.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion disc according to the process requirements and install it.
2. Use the holding method (belt, hand crank or pneumatic) to fix the mixing bucket to prevent displacement.
3. Operate the hydraulic lifting system through the control valve to adjust the dispersion disc to the appropriate height.
4. Start the equipment and adjust it to the required Rotation speed through the frequency converter for dispersion and stirring.
5. After the operation is completed, stop the equipment, raise the dispersion disc, disassemble and clean the dispersion disc and stirring bucket.
Notice
• Before the equipment runs, make sure that the mixing drum has been firmly fixed by clamping to prevent accidents caused by displacement during work.
• According to the material characteristics and process requirements, select the appropriate dispersion disc type and specification, and ensure the installation is firm.
When operating a hydraulic lifting system, care should be taken to smoothly control the rise, stop, and descent.
Equipment can run for a long time, but it is necessary to pay attention to the operating state to ensure stability and no abnormal noise.
