Overview
MUXUAN MXF-55 hydraulic lifting Disperser is a mass operation equipment integrating dispersion and stirring functions. The equipment uses a frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation, stable operation and low noise; the dispersion disc is easy to disassemble and replace, and different specifications can be selected according to process requirements; the lifting structure adopts an integrated hydraulic cylinder, the lifting is smooth and environmentally friendly without leakage, and it is the preferred equipment for solid-liquid dispersion mixing.

Principle
The equipment drives the spindle to swirl/spin at high speed through the motor, and drives the dispersion disc to shear and stir the material at high speed to achieve uniform dispersion and mixing of the powder in the liquid material. The lifting function is performed by the hydraulic cylinder, and the Disperser is smoothly raised, stopped and lowered through the control valve to adapt to the operation requirements of different depth containers.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion disc according to the process requirements and install it.
2. Place the mixing bucket to be treated in place and use a holding device (belt, hand crank or pneumatic) to fix it.
3. Through the operation of the hydraulic control valve, the Disperser is lowered to the appropriate working depth in the mixing drum.
4. Start the equipment, adjust to the required Rotation speed through the frequency converter, and start the dispersion and stirring operation.
5. After the operation is completed, stop the equipment from running.
6. Operate the hydraulic control valve to reset the Disperser.
7. Disassemble and clean dispersion discs and related components.
Notice
Before running the equipment, make sure that the mixing drum is firmly fixed to prevent displacement during operation.
