MUXUAN MXF-75 hydraulic lift Disperser is a mass operation equipment with dispersion and stirring functions. Principle
The equipment drives the spindle to swirl/spin at high speed through the motor, which drives the dispersion disc to cut, Impact and disperse the material. The lifting function is performed by the hydraulic cylinder, and the smooth rise, stop and fall of the Disperser is realized through the control valve to adapt to the mixing vessel of different heights. The frequency converter provides stepless speed regulation, which can adjust the Rotation speed of the dispersion disc according to the process requirements.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion disc according to the process requirements and install it.
2. Use a holding device (belt, hand crank or pneumatic) to firmly fix the mixing bucket.
3. Operate the equipment to the appropriate working position through the hydraulic control valve.
4. Set the required stirring Rotation speed through the frequency converter.
5. Start the equipment to disperse and stir materials.
6. After the operation is completed, stop the equipment and operate the hydraulic lift to lift the dispersion disc.
7. Disassemble and clean the dispersion disc and mixing bucket.
Notice
* Before operation, make sure that the mixing drum has been reliably fixed by the clamping device to prevent displacement.
* Select the appropriate dispersion disc type and Rotation speed according to material characteristics and process requirements.
* When the device is running, do not put your hands or tools near the swirl/spin parts.
Regularly check the hydraulic system to ensure no leakage and smooth lifting.
When cleaning or replacing dispersion discs, make sure the device is completely stopped and powered off.
* If the non-sealing equipment needs to be used in a closed or vacuum environment, the corresponding parts need to be selected.
Explosion-proof equipment requires an external standard operating box and follows relevant explosion-proof safety regulations.
