The MXF-500 Biaxial Hydraulic Lifting Disperser is suitable for mixing and dispersing two or more liquid and powdery materials. Its dual impeller design can effectively reduce the follow-up phenomenon of materials and accelerate the dispersion effect and mass.

1. High dispersion efficiency: Rotation speed of the equipment can reach 2930rpm (high power 1450rpm), and the linear speed is above 20m/s, which can quickly and evenly disperse the powder and form a good suspension effect.

Principle
Through the high-speed operation of the two sets of dispersion discs, the material is in a circular flow and generates a strong vortex, which spirals down to the bottom of the eddy current. Strong shear impact and friction are generated between the particles to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving and uniform mixing. Driving the hydraulic plunger to lift and lower through the hydraulic pump, driving the entire transmission mechanism and working group to lift and lower.

Steps
1. Operate the equipment to rise, stop or fall through the control valve.
2. Use the holding method (belt, hand crank or pneumatic) to fix the mixing bucket.
3. Install or replace the dispersion disc according to the process needs.
4. Start the equipment for decentralized operations.
