Overview
The MUXUAN MXF-1000 Biaxial Hydraulic Lifting Disperser is suitable for stirring and dispersing two or more liquid and powdery materials. Its dual impeller design can effectively reduce the follow-up phenomenon of materials, accelerate the dispersion effect, and improve the dispersion mass.

1. High dispersion efficiency: Rotation speed of the equipment can reach 1200rpm and linear speed of more than 20m/s, which can quickly disperse the powder evenly into the liquid material and form a good suspension effect.

Principle
Through the high-speed operation of two sets of dispersion discs, the material forms an annular flow and generates a strong vortex, which spirals down to the bottom of the eddy current. During this process, strong shearing, impact and friction are generated between the particles, so as to achieve rapid dispersion, dissolving and uniform mixing. The lifting movement of the whole machine is completed by the hydraulic pump driving the hydraulic plunger.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion disc according to the process requirements and install it.
2. Use a holding device (belt, hand crank or pneumatic) to firmly fix the mixing bucket.
3. Operate the hydraulic lifting system through the control valve to lower the Disperser to the working position.
4. Start the equipment and set the appropriate Rotation speed within the speed range (1200rpm) to disperse the operation.
5. After the job is completed, raise the Disperser and remove the dispersion disc for cleaning.

• Before operation, please make sure that the mixing drum has been reliably fixed by clamping to prevent displacement during work.
• Select the appropriate dispersion disc type and Rotation speed according to material characteristics and process requirements.
• Stability and sealing of hydraulic lifting system are checked regularly.
When cleaning and maintaining equipment, be sure to disconnect the power supply.
