Overview
MUXUAN MXF-Z4 vacuum closed Disperser is a functional product developed on the basis of standard hydraulic lifting high speed dissolver. It is equipped with a closed vacuum cover that matches the cylinder to ensure no leakage under vacuum. It is suitable for vacuum defoaming, vacuum feeding and inert gas protection. Dispersion stirring under special working conditions.
Features
1. High dispersion efficiency, Rotation speed up to 2930rpm (high power 1450rpm), linear speed of more than 20m/s, fast and uniform dispersion of powder.
2. The equipment has a closed barrel lid with random lifting to achieve Vacuum Level, avoid solvent volatilization, is equipped with sight glasses and searchlights to observe the stirring state in real time, and has human holes for cleaning and feeding.
3. Strong non-standard, can be customized explosion-proof type, closed type, with lifting cover type, coaxial/dual-axis composite type, one-machine multi-cylinder type, kettle type, etc. Materials can be customized according to requirements.
Principle
Through the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc, the material is in an annular flow and generates a strong vortex, the spiral drops to the bottom of the eddy current, and the particles generate strong shear impact and friction to achieve dispersion, dissolve, mixing and emulsification functions; the hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic plunger to lift, drives the transmission mechanism and the working group to lift, and the barrel cover and the cylinder are closed and matched with the vacuum system to achieve the vacuum dispersion effect.

Steps
1. Start the hydraulic pump to drive the hydraulic plunger up and down, and adjust the position of the working group.
2. Seal the barrel cover and pull the cylinder to ensure that the sealing ring has no leakage.
3. Start the dispersion disc to run at high speed, and control the Rotation speed in the range of 0~ 1500rpm.
4. Observe the mixing state in real time through sight glasses and searchlights, and add or clean through manholes if necessary.

• Ensure that the sealing ring of the vacuum cover is intact to avoid vacuum leakage.
