Overview
MXF-Z7.5 Vacuum Sealed Disperser is a functional product developed by MUXUAN brand on the basis of standard hydraulic lifting high speed dissolver. The equipment is equipped with a closed vacuum cover that matches the cylinder, and there is no leakage in the vacuum state through the corrosion resilience sealing ring in the flange groove. It can be matched with a vacuum pump to achieve a Vacuum Level of -0.9mpa. It is suitable for dispersion stirring under special working conditions such as vacuum defoaming, vacuum feeding and inert gas protection.
Features
1. High dispersion efficiency: Rotation speed of the equipment can reach 0~ 1500rpm, linear speed of more than 20m/s, can quickly disperse the powder evenly into the liquid material, forming a good suspension effect.
2. Vacuum closed design: with a random lifting of the sealed lid, can close with the Mixing Tank to achieve a vacuum environment, effectively avoid solvent volatilization; the lid is equipped with a sight glass and searchlight, which is convenient for real-time observation of the stirring state; and has a manhole, which is convenient for equipment cleaning and feeding.
3. Flexible non-standard customization: explosion-proof, airtight, with lifting cover, coaxial/dual-axis composite, one-machine multi-cylinder, kettle and other non-standard products can be customized according to requirements. Materials can also be customized as required.
Principle
Through the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc, the material is in an annular flow and generates a strong vortex, which spirals down to the bottom of the eddy current. Strong shearing, impact and friction are generated between the particles, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and emulsification. The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic plunger to lift and lower, driving the entire transmission mechanism, working group and airtight cover to lift. In the working state, the barrel cover and the cylinder are closed, and the vacuum system is used to complete the vacuum dispersion process.
Applications
Suitable for dispersion mixing processes that require special working conditions such as vacuum defoaming, vacuum feeding, and inert gas protection
Standards
Input voltage can be customized according to requirements 110V, 220V, 380V, 415V, etc
Steps
1. Select the appropriate equipment model (MXF-Z7.5) according to the material characteristics and Processing capacity (such as 300L).
2. Align and close the sealing cover of the equipment with the cylinder to ensure that the sealing ring is effective and form a closed space.
3. Connect and start the matching vacuum system to achieve the required Vacuum Level (up to -0.9MPa) in the working chamber.
4. Adjust the dispersion disc (diameter 250mm) to the appropriate working height through the hydraulic lifting system.
5. Start the motor (Power 7.5kw), and set the appropriate Rotation speed within the speed range (0~ 1500rpm) to disperse and stir.
6. Observe the mixing state of the material in real time through the barrel lid mirror and searchlight.
7. After the dispersion is complete, stop the equipment, release the vacuum, raise the barrel lid, and discharge or clean.
Notice
• Before the equipment runs, be sure to check whether the sealing ring of the vacuum cover is in good condition to ensure airtightness and prevent leakage.
• Processing capacity according to the material (refer to 300L) to choose the appropriate equipment model to avoid overload operation.
• Before starting the dispersion, confirm that the dispersion disc has been adjusted to the appropriate position by hydraulic lifting to prevent collision.
When operating in a vacuum or inert gas protected environment, the relevant safety regulations must be strictly followed.
• Non-standard customized functions (such as explosion-proof, special materials, etc.) require clear technical requirements and standards before procurement.
Equipment parameters (e.g. Power, Rotation speed, Vacuum Level) are reference values, which are subject to actual operation and customization requirements.
