Overview
MUXUAN MXF-C1.5 Experimental Chinese Small Batch Dispersion Stirrer is an upgraded product suitable for laboratory and production use. It is driven by a high-performance variable frequency motor or a three-phase asynchronous motor, and can choose different Speed ranges (0-1500/3000/5000/8000 rpm) according to material viscosity and Processing capacity. Principle
The equipment drives the stirring shaft and the Impeller (such as paddle type, toothed disc type, blade type) high-speed swirl/spin through a high-performance variable frequency motor or a three-phase asynchronous motor. Under the frequency conversion control, the motor can provide stable Rotation speed and large starting torque, which drives the Impeller to cut, disperse, mix, dissolve and other functions on the materials in the container, so as to complete the process requirements.
Applications
Biological, cosmetics, food, Coating paints, inks, Adhesive, dyestuff, pesticide and other industries of product materials dispersion, mixing, dissolving, stirring.
Steps
1. According to the material characteristics (viscosity ≤ 25000 cps) and Processing capacity (0.5-300 L, this model Processing capacity 5~ 70L) select the appropriate Impeller form (paddle type, tooth disc type, blade type) and install.
2. Place the material to be processed in a container of the appropriate size (this model can be placed in a container size: φ 300mm high 430mm).
3. Select and adjust the lifting method (manual or electric) to lower the Impeller to a suitable working position.
4. Turn on the power supply (Power supply voltage of this model is 220/380V), and set the required Rotation speed through the digital frequency conversion controller (Speed range 0~ 1500rpm).
5. Start the equipment for dispersion, stirring, and other operations.
6. After the operation is completed, turn off the power, raise the Impeller, and clean the equipment.
Notice
• Power supply voltage (220/380V) matches equipment requirements before use.
• Select the appropriate Impeller and Rotation speed according to the material viscosity (≤ 25000 cps) and Processing capacity (5~ 70L in this model).
• Make sure that the size of the container placed (φ 300mm high 430mm) is within the allowable range of the equipment.
• Pay attention to lifting Travel (370mm) during operation to avoid collision.
• According to the process requirements and safety specifications, consider the optional configuration of explosion-proof, timing, sound and light alarm, etc.
• When the equipment is running, do not put your hands or foreign objects into the mixing area.
• Maintain equipment regularly to ensure smooth operation and low noise performance.
