Overview
MUXUAN MXF-Z18.5 Vacuum Sealed Disperser is a functional product developed on the basis of standard hydraulic lift high speed dissolver. The equipment is equipped with a closed vacuum cover that matches the pull cylinder, and the flange is equipped with a groove and a corrosion sealing ring to ensure no leakage under a closed vacuum. It can be matched with a vacuum pump to achieve a Vacuum Level of -0.9mpa. It is suitable for dispersion stirring under special working conditions such as vacuum defoaming, vacuum feeding, and inert gas protection.
Features
1. High dispersion efficiency: Rotation speed can reach 0-1500rpm, linear speed of more than 20m/s, can quickly and evenly disperse the powder, forming a good suspension effect.
2. Vacuum closed design: with a random lifting of the closed lid, can be closed with the Mixing Tank to achieve vacuum, to avoid solvent volatilization.
3. Easy to observe and operate: The barrel lid is equipped with a sight glass and a searchlight, allowing for real-time observation of the mixing state and with holes for cleaning and feeding.
4. Flexible non-standard customization: explosion-proof, airtight, with lifting cover, coaxial/dual-axis composite, one-machine multi-cylinder, kettle and other non-standard products can be customized according to needs, and materials can also be customized.
Principle
Through the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc, the material is in an annular flow and generates a strong vortex. The spiral drops to the bottom of the eddy current, and strong shearing, impact and friction are generated between the particles, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and emulsification. The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic plunger to lift and lower, which drives the transmission mechanism, working group and airtight cover to lift. In the working state, the barrel cover is airtight and combined with the cylinder to match the vacuum system to achieve the effect of vacuum dispersion.

Steps
1. Adjust the working group and sealing cover to the appropriate position through the hydraulic lifting system.
2. Close the barrel cover and the cylinder to form a closed space.
3. Start the vacuum system to achieve the required Vacuum Level (e.g. -0.9MPa).
4. Set and start Dispersing disc speed according to process requirements (adjustable from 0-1500rpm).
5. Observe the mixing and dispersion state of the material through the sight glass.
6. After the dispersion is complete, stop the equipment, release the vacuum, and raise the barrel lid.
