Overview
MUXUAN MXF-Z22 Vacuum Sealed Disperser is a functional product developed on the basis of standard hydraulic lifting high speed dissolver. The equipment has a closed vacuum cover that matches the cylinder, and is equipped with a corrosion resilience sealing ring to ensure no leakage under a closed vacuum. It can be matched with a vacuum pump or pump group. The Vacuum Level can reach -0.9mpa (20mbar), which is suitable for dispersion stirring under special working conditions such as vacuum defoaming, vacuum feeding, and inert gas protection.
Features
1. High dispersion efficiency: Rotation speed of the equipment can reach 0-1500rpm, linear speed of more than 20m/s, can quickly disperse the powder evenly into the liquid material, forming a good suspension effect.
2. Vacuum closed design: The equipment has a closed barrel cover with random lifting, which can be closed with the Mixing Tank to achieve Vacuum Level and effectively avoid solvent volatilization.
3. Convenient observation and operation: the barrel lid is equipped with a sight mirror and a searchlight, allowing for real-time observation of the mixing state; with a manhole, it can be used for equipment cleaning and feeding.
4. Flexible non-standard customization: can be customized explosion-proof type, closed type, with lifting cover type, coaxial/biaxial composite type, one machine multi-cylinder type, kettle type and other non-standard products, materials can be customized according to requirements.
Principle
Through the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc, the material is in an annular flow and generates a strong vortex, which spirals down to the bottom of the eddy current. Strong shearing, impact and friction are generated between the particles, so as to achieve the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and emulsification. The hydraulic pump drives the hydraulic plunger to lift and lower, driving the entire transmission mechanism, working group and airtight cover to lift. In the working state, the barrel cover and the cylinder are closed, matching the vacuum system, so as to achieve the effect of vacuum dispersion.
Applications
It is suitable for dispersed mixing processes requiring special working conditions such as vacuum defoaming, vacuum feeding, and inert gas protection.
Standards
The input voltage can be customized to 110V, 220V, 380V, 415V, etc.
Steps
1. Prepare the appropriate cylinder according to the material Processing capacity (maximum 1000L).
2. Adjust the dispersion disc to the appropriate height through the hydraulic lifting system.
3. Close the barrel cover and the cylinder to ensure that the sealing ring is effective and form a closed environment.
4. Connect and start the vacuum system to achieve the required Vacuum Level (up to -0.9MPa) in the working chamber.
5. Dispersing disc speed (adjustable from 0-1500rpm) is set through the speed control device.
6. Start the equipment for dispersion and mixing operations, during which the material status can be observed through the sight glass.
7. After the operation is completed, stop the equipment, release the vacuum, raise the barrel lid, and discharge or clean.
