Principle
The equipment drives the stirring shaft through a high-performance motor to drive the high-speed swirl/spin of the Impeller (such as paddle type, toothed disc type or blade type) installed on the shaft end. Under the frequency conversion control, the Impeller can cut, disperse, mix and dissolve the material within the set Speed range. The lifting mechanism can adjust the working height of the Impeller in the container to adapt to the processing needs of different batches.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate Impeller form according to the material viscosity and Processing capacity and install it.
2. Load the material into a processing container (capacity in the range of 20-100L).
3. Adjust the Impeller to the appropriate working height by manual or electric lifting mechanism.
4. Turn on the power supply (220V or 380V) and set the required Rotation speed (0-1500rpm) through the frequency conversion controller.
5. Start the equipment to disperse, mix, dissolve or stir.
6. After the job is completed, turn off the power, raise the Impeller, and clean the equipment.
Notice
The viscosity of the material should not exceed 25,000 cps.
• Processing capacity is recommended to be in the range of 0.5-300 L, and the specific stirring processing capacity of this machine is 20-100L.
• Select the appropriate Motor Speed range and Impeller form according to the process requirements.
• Power supply voltage (220V/380V) meets equipment requirements before operation.
