Overview
MUXUAN MXF-Z55 Vacuum Sealed Disperser is a functional product developed on the basis of standard hydraulic lifting high speed dissolver. The equipment is equipped with a closed vacuum cover that matches the cylinder, a milled groove in the flange and a corrosion resilience sealing ring to ensure no leakage under a closed vacuum; it can be matched with a vacuum pump or pump group, and the Vacuum Level can reach -0.9mpa (20mbar). It is suitable for dispersion stirring under special working conditions such as vacuum defoaming, vacuum feeding, and inert gas protection.
Features
1. High dispersion efficiency: Rotation speed of the equipment can reach 2930rpm (high power 1450rpm), linear speed of 20m/s or more, can quickly disperse the powder evenly into the liquid, forming a good suspension effect.
2. Vacuum closed design: The equipment has a closed barrel lid with random lifting, which can be closed with Mixing Tank to achieve Vacuum Level and avoid solvent volatilization; the barrel lid has a sight mirror and searchlight, which can observe the stirring state in real time; with a human hole, which can be used for equipment cleaning and feeding.
3. Strong non-standard: All types of non-standard products can be customized, such as explosion-proof type, closed type, with lifting cover type, coaxial/biaxial composite type, one-machine multi-cylinder type, kettle type, etc. The material can be customized according to requirements.
Principle
Through the high-speed operation of the dispersion disc, the material is in an annular flow, generating a strong vortex, which drops to the bottom of the eddy current in a spiral shape. Strong shearing impact and friction are generated between the particles, achieving the functions of rapid dispersion, dissolving, uniform mixing and emulsification. Driven by the hydraulic pump to lift the hydraulic plunger, driving the entire transmission mechanism, working group and airtight cover to lift; in the working state, the barrel cover and the cylinder are closed, matching the vacuum system to achieve the effect of vacuum dispersion.
Applications
Suitable for vacuum defoaming, vacuum feeding, inert gas protection and other special conditions of dispersion stirring.
Standards
The input voltage can be customized to 110V, 220V, 380V, 415V, etc.
Steps
1. Select the appropriate type of equipment according to the material characteristics and Processing capacity (such as 2500L).
2. Close the equipment barrel cover and Mixing Tank to ensure that the sealing ring is intact and form a closed environment.
3. Connect and start the supporting vacuum system to make the working environment reach the required Vacuum Level (such as -0.9mpa).
4. Lift the transmission mechanism and working group to the appropriate position through the hydraulic system.
5. Start the motor and set the appropriate Rotation speed of the dispersion disc (diameter 400mm) within the speed range (0~ 1500rpm) for dispersion operation.
6. Observe the stirring state in real time through the barrel lid sight glass and searchlight, and if necessary, add or clean through the manhole.
7. After the operation is completed, turn off the Disperser and vacuum system in turn, and perform equipment cleaning and maintenance.

* Equipment operation, do not open the lid, so as not to damage the vacuum environment or cause safety hazards.
* Regularly maintain the hydraulic lifting system, sealing components and electrical parts.
