Principle
The device is powered by a high-performance drive motor (variable frequency or three-phase asynchronous motor), which drives the selected Impeller (such as paddle, toothed disc or blade) to swirl/spin at high speed in the material. Rotation speed is precisely adjusted through frequency conversion control, so that the material can be efficiently dispersed, mixed, dissolved or stirred.

Steps
1. Choose the appropriate Rotation speed motor and Impeller form (paddle type, toothed disc type or blade type) according to the material viscosity and Processing capacity (0.5-300 L).
2. Select and set the lifting method (manual or electric).
3. Rotation speed (0-3000rpm range adjustable) and Miscellaneous optional functions (such as timing) are set by digital frequency converter.
4. Start the equipment to disperse, mix, dissolve or stir.

• Applicable material viscosity should be ≤ 25000 cps.
Processing capacity range is 30~ 150L (for this model).
• Power supply voltage is 220V or 380V, please make sure the power supply matches.
• According to the process needs, explosion-proof, timing, sound and light alarm and other configurations can be selected.
